The hotel facilities were wonderful, especially the 6th floor onsen with sauna, indoor and outdoor baths, all overlooking the sea. this hotel had free parking and a convenient location, only a short walk from the ferry to Kumamoto. Started the year off on the right foot with a fantastic stay. the views were breathtaking and the rooms were spacious and new. the hotel's location was perfect for easy access to the ferry port and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed the complimentary yukatas and onsen.
The hotel's location made it difficult to explore the town, and we found ourselves having to take a bus or taxi to reach the main sightseeing areas. the restaurant attached to the hotel was often overcrowded, making it difficult to enjoy a relaxed meal.

We had an incredible experience at this hotel. the rooms are spacious and spotless with a breathtaking view. It is a spa hotel facility which boasts two magnificent onsens, a sauna and indoor and outdoor baths. the staff is impeccable providing attentive service. Breakfast was delicious, and all the amenities in the room were top-notch. the location is great - with easy access to ferry terminals that connect to other popular tourist areas.
While the hotel has its restaurant, there are few other dining options in the vicinity.

Amazing ocean view from room and great onsen. The staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the sunrise from our room every morning. The location of the hotel is convenient as it is near the ferry ports. The variety of onsen in the hotel was impressive and were the highlight of our stay.
The dining experience was very disappointing. The restaurant was often overcrowded and the food was not fresh and doesn't taste good either.

The onsen on the 6th floor was a true delight, with a sauna and indoor and outdoor baths, all overlooking the sea. The location, just a short walk from the ferry to Kumamoto, was perfect for our adventures.
